This is a full three day visit to assess the business location; breakfast (if offered), lunch (if offered and dinner shifts will be reviewed. We will fully assess all aspects of the operation including and holding: 1-2-1 Management meetings and employee group meetings, a full operational and systems analysis including; guest operations, employee operations, menu management and financial responsibility. Identification of problem areas and the generation of a detailed action plan to correct problems.
